Ratings Village

Phase 1 of the Ratings Village scheme originally commenced around 2002. Recently construction has commenced on phase 3 which when completed will have around 300 properties. We have undertaken all the highway and sewer design for the site including getting adoption agreements and assisting with planning approvals.
