Ormonde Energy Onshore Maintenance Facility

Ormonde Wind Farm is an offshore project located in the Irish Sea, around 10km from the coast at Barrow-in-Furness. In 2015/16 we undertook the architectural and structural design of a new extension as well as associated car park and new one way system. Included within our role was to collate contract documents, undertake the tender process and administer the contract throughout the build. The cost of the works was £700k and The Neil Martin Group were the Principal Contractor.
